The Council, headed by Anna Budzanowska, former Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education (2019-2020) and Deputy Minister of Education and Science (2021), is made up of 30 people, including rectors of leading Polish universities, representatives of the world of science, the Polish Academy of Sciences, research institutes and organisations representing entrepreneurs.
The activities of the newly established Council are related to the document prepared by the Ministry of Development, Labour and Technology - the Plan for Work and Development, one of the key projects in the current activities of the ministry.
