Announcement on the amount of fees for confirming learning outcomes charged to applicants for admission to studies at Lodz University of Technology through validation of learning outcome

The announcement was drawn up on the basis of Article 79(2)(2) of the Act of 20 July 2018 Law on Higher Education and Science (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 478 as amended) and § 5(1) of the Appendix to Resolution No. 18/2021 of the Senate of Lodz University of Technology of 26 May 2021 on the method of confirming learning outcomes at Lodz University of Technology.

§ 1

Persons applying for confirmation of learning outcomes in connection with applying for admission to studies at Lodz University of Technology by way of learning outcomes validation pay the following fees, regardless of the level of education, field of study and study profile:

1. The fee for the formal verification of the application for confirmation of learning outcomes - PLN 85 gross.
2. The fee for substantive confirmation of learning outcomes for a course specified by the applicant in a given study program, carried out by the verification committee - in the amount of PLN 400 gross for each course.

§ 2

1. The total fee for the confirmation of learning outcomes, determined in accordance with §1, shall be paid within the time limit specified in the contract concluded between Lodz University of Technology and the applicant on the terms of payment for learning outcomes validation.
2. The fee referred to in paragraph 1 shall be paid to the bank account of Lodz University of Technology indicated in the said contract. The date of payment of the fee is the date of crediting the specified bank account of the University.
3. The fee referred to in paragraph 1 is payable regardless of the result of the procedure of the learning outcomes validation at Lodz University of Technology.

This Announcement enters into force on 19 July 2021.
