Lodz University of Technology will implement projects to increase knowledge and promote innovative solutions in the field of food. The idea is also to increase entrepreneurship among students, involve the local community and, as a result, create new products and provide services that contribute to a conscious approach to a sustainable food system. 'This is a great achievement, as well as a prestigious award on the international arena, which will further enhance the university's innovative approach in this area, says Professor Krzysztof Jóźwik, Rector of TUL.

DActivities in the area of cooperation of pan-European partnerships from the so-called knowledge triangle, i.e. universities, research centres and companies forming knowledge and innovation communities, support the development and innovation of global solutions related to climate change, sustainable energy, health and the aforementioned food. The aim of the members of the organisation is to create a sustainable global food system by developing innovation, fostering entrepreneurship and engaging the public. More information can be found on the project website, as well as in the TUL News Bulletin - Życie Uczelni.
