For his innovative activity, as one of few people in Poland, he was awarded the prestigious WIPO Gold Medal - World Intellectual Property Organization. He is an active member of the Association of Polish Inventors and Rationalizers and in the International Federation of Inventors Associations. Recently, he won the title of the Silver Engineer 2020 in the Innovation category in the 27th Competition of the Readers of the “Technical Review". Dr inż. A. Rylski is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering. He specializes in the production of thin layers on machine elements, mechanisms and tools that increase their strength and reliability.
FSNT-NOT is a nationwide organization with a long history, which associates 39 different scientific and technical associations, and represents many different industries. It has nearly 100,000. members, operating in 45 local branches. It is a very important representation of the Polish technical community.
