Lack of business experience of key personnel is a barrier to the development of small and mediumsize enterprises in the innovation sector – businesses make use of outsourced services.

Support in business management The experience gained by the Faculty of Management and Production Engineering enables a broadly understood support to be provided to enterprises in business management, including, among others: analysis of business competitiveness, selection of coooperation forms and building of business relations, building of corporate social responsibility, support of innovative activity, support in concept development and project implementation, know-how management at hi-tech enterprises, development of strategies for technology transfer and collaboration between academic schools and business enterprises.

This service is dedicated to small and medium-size enterprises and to hi-tech start-ups.
