Lodz University of Technology is among the founders of INDORO, the newly established Związek Pracodawców Firm Innowacyjnych, Doradczych i Rozwojowych (Association of Employers of Innovative, Consulting and Development Companies). Vice Rector for Education dr hab. inż. Andrzej Romanowski, TUL professor, was appointed member of the organization's Council.

The founding meeting was held in the office of Rector Professor Krzysztof Jóźwik, who said,

‘Lodz University of Technology operates in the economic environment and cooperates with its stakeholders by offering its knowledge and expertise for collaborative furtherance of economic growth and positive change. The University’s affiliation with INDORO should allow us to expand our relations in many different areas of our cooperation.’

The Association’s purpose is to support companies in adapting to current economic trends, e.g., in developing innovation and its transfer to business, digitization, and the green economy.

‘We take an all-round approach to innovation. We are not just focused on introducing new technologies, but also on innovation in management, organizational culture, and business models,’

explained the Vice Rector for Education, dr hab. inż. Andrzej Romanowski, TUL professor.
