On the TUL team there are: dr hab. Robert Stanisławski, dr inż. Barbara Galińska, dr inż. Michaela Rostek, dr inż. Marek Sekieta, dr hab. inż. Zbigniew Wiśniewski, prof. Andrzej Szymonik, dr inż. Dorota Bartochowska, and dr inż. Jan Królikowski.

As the network includes individuals who know the distinctive features of industry sectors in their countries of origin, they will focus on the assessment and optimization of ways to manage supply chains, taking into consideration the threats, opportunities, and peculiarities of each country as well as any cultural differences.

The activity within the network is primarily based on micromodules, Micromodules, a type of learning opportunities, are designed as short courses to improve skills, enhance knowledge, and invite a more panoramic perspective on a range of topics.

Collaboration between universities with different areas of specialization, which, at the same time, represent national industries, are expected to make the network a special platform for all-around analysis and improvement of supply chain management in the context of the region. The effort is anticipated to strengthen the performance and competitiveness of the domestic supply chains, which is a significant factor in the economic development of the Central and Southeastern European region.
