Pani/Pana dane osobowe mogą być udostępnione podmiotom z mocy odrębnych przepisów prawa powszechnego.

Okres przechowywania danych

Dane będą przetwarzane przez okres niezbędny do załatwienia danej sprawy przedstawionej przez interesanta w jednostce.

Prawa podmiotów danych

Przysługuje Pani/Panu prawo dostępu do Pani/Pana danych oraz prawo żądania ich sprostowania oraz usunięcia po okresie, o którym mowa powyżej.

Prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego

The Data Protection Officer can be contacted on all matters concerning the processing of personal data and the implementation of the rights of third persons on the basis of the General Data Protection Regulation.

The purposes of processing and the legal basis for processing

Your data will be processed in order to fulfil the legal obligation of the administrator referred to in Article 13 and Article 14 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter the General Data Protection Regulation).
