On 23-24th of May Lodz University of Technology will be holding an ECIU Executive Board meeting. This meeting is one of the events to take place during the celebration of the 67th Anniversary of the Lodz University of Technology.
ECIU was established in 1997. Since 2010 eleven European members and three associate partners (from Mexico, Australia and Russia) have joined consortium. The goal of constituting ECIU is to create a European network, where participating universities could exchange experience and best practice of projects within education, research and European Consortium of Innovative Universities (ECIU) regional development. Lodz University
of Technology is the only Polish member involved in this prestigious consortium.
Nowadays ECIU is one of the global leaders in the higher education. Universities associated in consortium are cooperating in fields of innovations, education, promoting of new technologies, increasing mobility of students, academic and staff members.

Report from Twente.
|

|
Lodz University of Technology once again could send, within the framework of ECIU consortium cooperation, its representative to a partner university. Zuzanna Brajczewska from International Cooperation and Maciej Urbański from the International Faculty of Engineering (visiting the same partner university within Erasmus Staff Mobility) spent 5 days, from 26 to 30 March 2012 at University of Twente. They got acquainted with organization of UTwente’s International Office and the functioning of particular faculties.
